With 20 years of leading the strategic planning and execution of multiple complex and high-stakes projects in the aerospace and defense industry as a U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force officer, Bill has expertise in cross-functional leadership and program management where he has proven to deliver cost effective solutions to dynamic problems. Formally trained in the disciplines of strategy, methods of instruction, and root cause analysis as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, Bill has led several multi-million dollar military initiatives. He has authored and implemented benchmark training programs that were adopted as community standards. Bill is passionate about teaching, mentoring and developing people to maximize their potential.
